Donate–or Receive–Clothing that Supports Success
This past year has touched us all, and disproportionately harmed working women. The Pennsylvania Conference for Women wants to help you feel great and get back on track in 2021.
That’s why we have partnered with The Wardrobe, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization (formerly Career Wardrobe) that outfits anyone in need for work and life.
- If you need some support, The Wardrobe will send you a free outfit to help stretch your budget while you are job searching.
- As a member of the Conference community, you can donate to help a woman get back to work.
Get Support
To receive clothing, book a Wardrobe Box appointment for a video chat with a Wardrobe Consultant—and then receive a personally-styled Wardrobe Box a week later!
If you are job searching, your box will include an interview outfit (or, let’s be honest – a great blazer and top because no one sees your legs during Zoom!). If you aren’t ready to start interviewing, you’ll receive a casual outfit.
Book your appointment online and select PA Conference for Women on your booking form.

The Wardrobe is a nonprofit social enterprise based on Philadelphia that uses clothing to inspire change. The Wardrobe believes accessing clothing shouldn’t be a barrier to success. After leaving The Wardrobe, customers shine from the inside out with clothing that helps them fit in with their peer group or look and feel professional during their job search. The Wardrobe accepts clothing donations and then provides them for free or low cost at our resale stores in Philadelphia and Delaware County or online at wardrobepa.org.
