Target and the Pennsylvania Conference for Women are coming together to celebrate women who are discovering new ways to infuse joy into their communities, their workplaces, and their families.

Whether small or grand, lighthearted or poignant, spur-of-the-moment or carefully planned, the acts of these women lift others up by creating opportunities for joy, and this is our chance to thank them.
