YOLANDA LINDSAY is a senior vice president and leads the women’s portfolio & strategy for Bank of America. She serves as the strategist for internal women initiatives and external partnerships focused on women. In this role, Lindsay is a member of global human resources and the global diversity & inclusion team. She supports enterprise-wide internal women’s initiatives designed to cultivate a culture of development and caring through programs, benefits, and resources. She also supports internal and external partnerships, which support women in our communities through training, mentorship, capital markets, philanthropic, and other community platforms with a focus on positive outcomes for women.
