Virginia Nguyen is VP, Chief Diversity & Impact Officer for QVC Group, responsible for driving transformative strategies that align Inclusion, Sustainability and Social Responsibility into the way we work, the way we shop, and the way we live. Virginia has over 18 years of experience, previously serving as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion for global brands such as Nike, Activision Blizzard, as well as leading her own consulting firm focused on D&I for organizations ranging from startups to brands like lululemon. A key career highlight was preparing and providing testimony to the US Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) on behalf of Nike, Inc. in support of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA).

Virginia has a passion for helping organizations develop a roadmap for business success and value creation that unites Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Sustainability and Social Impact ensuring meaningful impact both internally and externally. During her time with QVC Group she has led the development and publication of the company’s first-ever DE&I goals and commitments, helped launch 40 employee resource groups and chapters across the world, influenced initiatives to drive more inclusive customer experiences, and supported the rollout of a best-in-class team member global giving and volunteering program.
