Tianna Gaines-Turner

Tianna Gaines-Turner is one of the original members of Witnesses to Hunger.  Witnesses to Hunger is a research and advocacy project of the Center for Hunger-Free Communities, featuring the voices and photography of women who have experienced hunger and poverty first hand.  Gaines-Turner is a wise and articulate chronicler of the lives of low income families and a keen observer of hard times.  She is a passionate advocate and has spoken at a Congressional hearing, been a guest on MSNBC and has shared her experiences to audiences large and small.  @HungerFreeCtr
