Stephanie Penner
STEPHANIE PENNER is a partner with Mercer and leads the talent business in the Northeast region. For over 15 years, she has been consulting with global and domestic organizations on a broad range of human capital issues to ensure alignment with their strategic business goals and overall rewards strategy. Penner’s experience includes total rewards, global compensation strategy, total compensation competitiveness, incentive plan design, salary administration, job leveling and performance management. Her client work spans various industries including consumer products, manufacturing, professional and financial services, technology and retail. She also has extensive, in-depth experience working with organizations during mergers & acquisitions to develop and integrate their compensation and rewards programs. Penner has been a key member of several global taskforces to develop Mercer’s intellectual capital for total rewards and broad-based employee rewards. She has been a speaker in national, regional and local forums including WorldatWork conferences and has been quoted on trends in compensation and rewards in various media including newspapers, radio and television. Prior to her position with Mercer, she was a compensation consultant with a worldwide human resource consulting firm. Penner earned a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. @mercer
