Monica McKee

MONICA McKEE is a senior HR leader with more than 25 years’ diverse industry experience with extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical, chemicals, textile and medical device sectors. McKee began her career in hotel management, before she decided to focus her business leadership skills in the area of human resources. She is now a member of the global manufacturing and supply (GMS) leadership team within Bristol- Myers Squibb and leads the HR function driving the talent, culture and capabilities efforts to support the transformation of GMS.  Since joining Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2004, McKee has worked in different business partner and COE roles, including organizational development, where she developed her expertise in driving cultural and organization change to support business goals. Prior to joining BMS, she held key global and regional generalist and specialist roles of increasing responsibility, based in the United Kingdom with Acordis and Novaceta, formerly part of AkzoNobel and Courtaulds PLC.  Outside her work at BMS she supports local homeless charitable organizations and is the vice chair and board member of the Mercer county Workforce Investment board of New Jersey. McKee earned a post-graduate diploma in management studies from the Sheffield Business School, U.K. and a B.S. in economics from the University of York, U.K. @bmsnews
