Monica Cost
MONICA COST is a Pathfinder, internet television host, author and speaker. Her unique Value Identification Process™, vision and ability to execute in the areas of brand strategy, facilitation, professional development and communications has enabled her to work with such personalities as Meagan Good, Kenny Lattimore, NeNe Leakes, Melyssa Ford and Kevon Edmonds, to name a few. In 2006, Cost became the first Black female broker for any major commercial real estate firm in Massachusetts. She was also the youngest and first Black person to hold the role of operations manager for the Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts, Inc., with responsibilities for five offices and a $35 million budget. Cost communicates her message through her new book, “The Things I Used to do to Sneeze: How to live an authentic life” (9/13/16), and hosts an online talk show, “The Monica Cost Show: New Levels. No Labels.” She has been recognized by the Boston Business Journal, with the prestigious 40 Under 40 award, by the Boston Globe, the Boston Herald and Girl Scouts with the Leading Woman award. She was featured in “The History Makers project,” on WCVB Channel 5’s “City Line,” NBC’s “Urban Update,” “The Tom Joyner Show,” Kiss FM New York and other media outlets. @monicacost
