Miranda Hooker

MIRANDA HOOKER is a former federal prosecutor and experienced trial attorney who defends clients in government investigations and enforcement matters, including health care fraud and abuse matters, in addition to conducting internal corporate investigations. She brings deep experience to her representation of pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, clinical laboratories, payors, pharmacies, health care providers, and other entities and individuals in federal criminal, civil, and state attorney general investigations and enforcement actions. She has particular experience in matters involving the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and Stark Law. Hooker also serves as outside compliance counsel for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
