MEGAN KOLLOCK is a senior talent acquisition partner at Johnson & Johnson. Kollock currently plays a pivotal role in reinforcing the North America Commercial Pharmaceutical team’s success by expertly identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across a spectrum of Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, and Sales L&D roles. Kollock possesses 15 years of expertise in talent acquisition. Prior to J&J, she spent years, first, at Aerotek as a recruiter where she specialized in commercial and scientific recruiting and then at Toll Brothers, Inc. as a recruiting specialist. In her free time, Kollock loves to travel and spend time with her husband and 3 kids. While attending the University of Delaware, she was a member of the Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field Teams. Years later she is still an avid runner and is in the midst of training for her 3rd marathon.
