Mariam Koohdary

MARIAM KOOHDARY is a member of the US leadership team and the legal senior management team with AstraZeneca. In this role, she is responsible for all legal matters for North America, global development and global product and portfolio strategy, and is accountable for the management of commercial litigation and government investigation matters globally. Koohdary joined AstraZeneca in 2005, and has served in a variety of roles in the legal department during that time, including legal support for business development, global product development and commercialization, and litigation, including patent litigation and government investigations. She most recently served as deputy general counsel, commercial litigation/investigations and enabling. Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Koohdary was in private practice and served as a clerk to a federal judge. @astrazeneca
