Loree Jones Brown
Loree has served in leadership positions in the nonprofit, higher education, and government sectors, including City of Philadelphia managing director; Rutgers University—Camden chief of staff; School District of Philadelphia chief of external affairs; and Philadelphia School Reform Commission executive director. She is currently chief executive officer of Philabundance, a hunger relief agency serving southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey and part of the Feeding America network. Loree serves on several boards and councils including Jefferson Health Plans (vice chair), the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia Economic and Community Advisory Council (chair), Philadelphia Community Empowerment & Opportunity Oversight Board (chair), Independence Foundation, and Eisenhower Fellowships. Loree formerly served as a board member of numerous civic organizations, including Project HOME and the Committee of Seventy. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and the Links, Incorporated, and lives in Philadelphia with her husband, a 38-year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Dept.
