Kim Keegan

KIM KEEGAN is currently the manager of methods, training and mapping and document services at PECO Energy.  She has over 20 years of experience within the Exelon family of companies and 18 years in the training organization. Keegan has been in her current role for six years and she is responsible for overseeing the methods department, which focus on PECO’s work practices, products and tools; the electric, gas and customer training departments, which are responsible for initial, progression, compliance and refresher training which include online and instructor led course development following the ADDIE model; and the mapping and document services department, which is responsible for the map products for electric (overhead and underground) and gas. Prior to her current role, Keegan spent two years as manager, Philadelphia work management, two years as manager of customer operations training an over six years in ComEd as manager, applications training which had teams in PECO and ComEd.  She started her Exelon career in PECO training, and has held accounting positions in Weyerhauser Paper Company and Drexel University. Keegan earned dual degrees in accounting and economics, Drexel University.  @pecoconnect
