KATHY LARSON is a talent acquisition leader with over 15 years of experience in recruiting and has been at Bristol Myers Squibb since 2017. Kathy is currently the Executive Recruiter for the Global Drug Development organization and focuses

on developing and executing strategic and innovative recruitment strategies across the organization. Prior to BMS, Kathy worked for Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supporting the recruitment of professionals across the Pharmaceutical,

Medical Devices and Consumer sectors. Kathy is an active member in several people and business resource groups at BMS including BNOW, BOLD, and PRIDE and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Tampa.
