Jessica Turner

JESSICA TURNER is executive vice president, product and innovation, North America at Mastercard. In her role, she leads strategy, design, development and commercialization of both digital and card products. She is also responsible for Mastercard’s inclusive growth strategy in the region, which is focused on leveraging Mastercard technology and expertise to address the challenges of the digital economy. Since 2006, she has held various positions of increasing responsibility at Mastercard, which included customer engagement and collaboration with telecommunications companies and banks. She has lead teams responsible for delivering digital solutions and payment experiences for both emerging and developed markets. Turner’s previous roles included leading product development at Affinion Loyalty Group, and marketing strategy at Capital One. Turner is a champion for women in technology inside the organization and within the industry. Both at work and in her free time, she likes mentoring, sharing real-life lessons and career strategies with women in the technology space. @mastercard
