JENNY KIM PARK is the head of diversity & inclusion for the global technology, operations, global strategy & enterprise platforms and staff support functions at Bank of America. As the D&I client executive, Park leads a team responsible for driving strategic planning and action in line with the Bank’s responsible growth strategy, leveraging diverse representation, and advancing the careers of underrepresented talent through focused programming, processes, and initiatives. She is an advisor to the GTS Social Economic Action Council and the Breakthrough Lab Accelerator program for early stage, pre-seed startups with Finetch or financial inclusion products, services, or ideas. She has been recognized for her leadership with the 2021 Diversity & Inclusion award for excellence in leadership and 2022 Power of 10 Women’s Leadership Award. She is a member of several employee network groups where she has spoken and facilitated panels and courageous conversations. Park currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
