Jennifer Duff

JENNIFER DUFF is a managing director with Accenture. She is responsible for a portfolio of business process services work at her primary biopharma client, as well as overseeing the global R&D operations practice for the Accenture Life Sciences R&D client portfolio. In her role, Duff shapes the direction of the R&D services practice, supports sales and offering development, and helps co-innovate with her client partners to enable bold new ways of working. She began her career in environmental sciences and moved into the pharmaceuticals industry with Wyeth in 1998, joining Accenture in 2003. She is the chair of the Workforce Development board for Chester County and works diligently to support programs for unemployed and underemployed people. Duff is also a Girl Scout troop leader for a local senior scout troop. Duff graduated from St. Mary’s College in Maryland with a BA in biology, and earned an MBA from Penn State University in biotechnology and healthcare management. @accenture
