Jeanette Wilkerson Beard

Jeanette Wilkerson Beard is currently the human resources regional sales business partner in the Northeast region of the Allstate Insurance Company. In her current role, she is responsible for supporting all sales functions, primarily deployment of new business owners in Allstate’s agency program. Previously, Beard was the senior manager of corporate diversity for Allstate and was located in Northbrook, IL. Beard has been with Allstate for 29 years as a leader in operations, human resources and corporate relations, as well as performing roles in sales and underwriting. She was also the Health and Welfare benefits plans administrator for the corporation. Educated at Philadelphia University, Beard is originally from the east coast, where she was instrumental in opening a NY based regional office which became the most profitable region in the state, and implemented growth and talent management strategies that have been adapted enterprise-wide. In addition to leading teams at Allstate, she is also an advisory board member for the Global Women’s Leadership Forum in Illinois, past board president and chair for the Fair Media Council in New York and has worked with the Montgomery County Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) and United Way in Pennsylvania.
