GAIL ONORATO is a seasoned apparel industry executive with a performance history of building and modeling businesses to achieve both revenue growth and profitability across diverse market segments and distribution channels at Fortune500 companies. Onorato held senior executive positions with Ralph Lauren, Liz Claiborne and Jones Apparel Group, where she created and launched international brand concepts with wholesale, retail and licensed distribution. Onorato is apassionate advocate for the education, support and development of the next generation of business professionals.

She has been acknowledged for nurturing corporate talent as part of the Ralph Lauren Global Mentoring Program, serves onDrexel University s President s Leadership Council, and was named to the World Association for Cooperative Education Hall of Fame by Drexel University.
