FUNMI WILLIAMSON is the chief customer officer and SVP customer operations at PECO. She is responsible for all aspects of PECO’s customer strategy, culture, initiatives, and operations with a focus on delivering world class customer experience. She oversees all aspects of PECO’s customer operations including customer strategy, customer channels, customer assistance programs, customer care center, field and meter operations, smart grid services and customer financial operations.
