EL CAVANAGH-LOMAS is VP for people & communities for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia at Cisco. She leads the business partnering and country consulting support to all functions within the region ensuring the alignment of global & regional strategy, and she is passionate about driving business outcomes, which have the employee experience at the heart. Cavanagh-Lomas joined Cisco in April 2010 as part of the acquisition of Starent Networks. Prior to joining Cisco and Starent, she spent eight years with aspect software. Additionally, she is FCIPD qualified, with a BSc honors in law & german and is an employment law expert for the EMEAR Region. Cavanagh-Lomas is also a qualified business and performance coach and an NLP practitioner and has a passion for the development of HR professionals. @cisco
