DR. MANUELA PRIESEMUTH is an associate professor of management and the faculty director of business ethics and sustainability at the Villanova School of Business. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business, an MBA, and a PhD in management with a focus in organizational behavior. Dr. Priesemuth is strongly committed to research and contributions related to social issues in management, including topics such as workplace injustice, toxic work cultures, abusive leadership, and (un)ethical behavior. Her research has been nationally recognized and published in elite journals including the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Psychology, and the Journal of Management. It has also been featured in prominent newspaper outlets and magazines including the Harvard Business Review, The Guardian, The BBC, CNBC, The Conversation, The Huffington Post, and Psychology Today.
