Donna Heffner
DONNA HEFFNER is an accomplished, patient-centered healthcare executive who builds strategies and organizations that are agile, sustainable, and highly resilient by prioritizing the engagement of her team and network. Heffner is currently responsible for translating the GPS division’s ambitions into a comprehensive strategy and actionable roadmap for the future. She joined BMS in 2016 and created the Integrated Product Strategy function, where she led end-to-end lifecycle management for the BMS commercial portfolio, and then went on to lead the global market supply operations team in Global Supply Chain. Heffner is known to be an exceptionally pragmatic and strategic leader with a passion for building strong teams and developing talent. In recognition of her leadership, she was selected by Fierce Pharma as one of the Fiercest Women in Life Sciences in 2021. Heffner is also passionate about her role on a non-profit board with a mission to develop leaders within the pharmacy profession.
