COURTNEY SMITH GOODRICH head of global technology strategic programs and business management with JPMorgan Chase in Wilmington, Delaware. In this role, Smith Goodrich has responsibility for day-to-day operational processes around the management of the JPMorgan Chase global technology organization, including business management, strategic program management and oversight of various global technology governance forums.  She works in partnership with the other members of the global technology operating committee to manage the overall efficiency, effectiveness and governance of the global technology organization. In addition, Smith Goodrich also sponsors the University Collaborations program working with select universities to transform the way technologists are trained and drive innovation in university education and financial technology. Having begun as an intern, Smith Goodrich has worked at JPMorgan Chase for over 20 years.  Her career has been dedicated to the field of technology, with a scope of experience spanning multiple financial businesses – including the investment bank, private bank, treasury and security services and the firm’s internal corporate businesses. Smith Goodrich earned a B.S. in business management and an M.S. in public administration, both from the University of Delaware. @jpmorgan
