Becky O’Loughlin

BECKY O’LOUGHLIN is vice president of global human resources with QVC. She joined QVC in 2004. She started as an organization development project manager and went on to serve in a variety of HR leadership roles, providing strategic consulting to advance the business and enhancing and enriching the QVC team member experience. Over the years, as QVC’s business model evolved and expanded into new geographies, so did O’Loughlin’s career. In 2011, she was named VP of human resources for QVC’s U.S. business. Four years later, she moved to Germany to help bring QVC’s new global operating model to life. From Germany, she led the HR team for QVC International’s six markets and QVC’s global functions. In January 2017, she returned to the U.S. in a global role, leading a worldwide team that supports QVC’s 17,000+ team members across the US, England, Germany, Italy, France, Japan and China and global functions.  Throughout her journey, O’Loughlin has focused on advancing QVC’s business and customer growth agenda and elevating the experience of every QVC team member.  Her newest challenge and opportunity is to lead the integration of QVC, HSNi and zulily, alongside of the CEO. Before joining QVC, she worked for Accenture. O’Loughlin earned a BS in business administration from Le Moyne College and completed coursework for her MS in counseling psychology at Seton Hall University.  @qvc
