CARLA WRIGHT-JUKES possess a warrior’s mentality with a poet’s soul. A thought leader adept at developing successful strategies that increase representation, create a more equitable and inclusive environment, and improve business outcomes while navigating the nuances and sensitives involved in spearheading corporate-wide culture transformation. Wright-Jukes is one of four children, raised by loving parents who embraced the “bloom where you are planted” philosophy required to thrive during her father’s two decades of military service. She continues to enjoy traveling the world, but has settled contently in Durham, North Carolina where she relishes time with her two sons and her mini labradoodle, Noble. She recently published the children’s book, A No Don’t Day, as her first formally documented literary adventure.
