Cara Krikory

CARA KRIKORY is the engagement lead for GSK’s pharmaceuticals US research and development hub, located in Collegeville, PA. Here, she has created a vibrant, engaging workplace, bringing together 3,400 employees in a collaborative work environment to develop GSK’s innovative medicines. Krikory has been at GSK for over fifteen years, and her passion is helping others find, understand, and embrace their purpose, as well as sharing the incredibly cool science at the site. In addition to her work with the scientific R&D community, Krikory has also introduced a program in which special needs students spend their last year of high school developing job skills embedded within GSK sponsoring groups to support preparation for job placement outside of school.  As the mom of three young girls, she has special interest in helping women of all ages understand their worth and connect with other generations in this fast-paced and ever-changing world.  @gsk
