BRITTANY JEAN-BAPTISTE is a manager, customer experience and assurance for Comcast Cable. In this role, Jean-Baptiste serves as a customer advocate to transform the customer experience with a strong sense of the customer at the center of every business decision. She and her team drive department strategy and process design for the transformational customer experience vision. She is a national liaison for the Young Professionals Network at Comcast Headquarters. Jean-Baptiste earned an MBA from Drexel University, and a BA from Pennsylvania State University.
