Brigid Zeoli

Learning Stage

BRIGID ZEOLI is currently the head of OD/change at FMC Corporation where she’s focused on supporting HR transformation and the evolution of their HR service delivery model. Zeoli has over 20 years of HR experience across a range of industries and business operating models. She started her HR career in financial services at Marsh & McLennan, moved to Thorlabs, a privately held start-up, and then worked at Campbell Soup Company, before creating Working Mom Advisors, her own boutique HR and OD consulting group. Zeoli is passionate about learning the business and engaging with her clients to diagnose and solution the most pressing organizational and cultural challenges. She has led across many areas, including HR business partner, OD/change, and talent management roles throughout her career. Zeoli now lives in the greater Philadelphia region with her husband and three children. She graduated from St. Lawrence University with a BA in economics & psychology and played varsity soccer.
