Allison Stadd is the editor of Uwishunu.com, the official tourism blog of Philadelphia. Uwishunu, a product of the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation, is the ultimate insider’s guide to everything fun and exciting happening in and around the city — restaurants, bars, events, festivals, arts, music, hotels and more. The site has won multiple industry awards including Travel Weekly’s Gold Magellan Award for Blogs, W3 Silver Award for Blog/Cultural Websites, Silver Adrian Award and CBS Philly’s Most Valuable Blogger Award for People’s Choice in the Dining & Entertainment category. Stadd graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in English with a concentration in creative writing. Her background in Philadelphia media also includes Philadelphia Magazine, and her other Philadelphia leadership roles include positions on the Rittenhouse Row Young Advisory Board and the Friends of the Schuylkill Banks.
