Seating Request

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SEATING REQUESTS:

The only way to guarantee seating together is to register all attendees under one registration. We will do our best to accommodate requests for individuals to be seated together under the following conditions:

You may request that up to 10 people be seated together using the form below. Each table seats 10. Requests including more than 10 tickets will be ignored.

We do not accommodate requests for tables to be placed near to other tables.

Requests must be completed by July 8th.

Requests should be made once ALL people in the request have registered AND PAID for their tickets.

Multiple requests for the same registration number will be ignored.
