Will you staff the booth during the Career Fair (Oct. 4th, 11am-2pm)? We recommend having 4-6 recruiters available to chat with attendees regarding open positions.*

Will you staff the booth on Conference Day (Oct. 7th)? We recommend having 1-2 people available from 8am-10am and 2:30-5pm, but it is not required.*

Provide an email for all attendee questions when your booth is not staffed. This can be an individual’s email or one set up just for this event.

If a corporate hex color is not provided, your booth will remain the standard grey.
Once this form is completed, we will send you the second part of the form where you will send us your graphics and select your action items/hot spots. Those items will be due by September 5th.*
