Linda Munich


Linda Munich, vice president of public affairs, was appointed to that position in January of 1991. She came to the WPVI-TV public affairs department in June of 1983, as a producer of various public affairs programs, and was also the executive producer of the once-a-year special "Best of The Class" series which honors top high-school students in the Delaware Valley. Munich had previously been the producer/host of "Good Morning" on Channel 6. Prior to that, she served as producer of the award-winning "Visions" program (hosted by Action News reporter Vernon Odom) and she was also the producer/host of "Perspective" programs airing on Channel 6. She has been an advisor to various organizations including Settlement Music School and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Philadanco and the United Way of Southeastern PA. Munich received a B.A. from the Temple University College of Music and also completed the Simmons College program for Developing Managers.
