Elizabeth Walker was appointed director of global talent management and leadership development for Campbell’s North America in May 2010. This role entails managing CEO Institute, Campbell’s flagship executive development program and directing all leadership, management and employee development housed under the master brand of Campbell University. Elizabeth led the strategy and execution of Campbell’s first global manager development program, The Campbell Way for Managing. Walker was promoted to her current role from director of organization effectiveness while retaining her talent management responsibilities for the North America businesses. Prior to Campbells, Walker worked in financial services at T. Rowe Price and Lincoln Financial.  She held talent management roles of increasing responsibility throughout her career. She has more than 20 years of experience in executive and leadership development. Walker earned her B.A. degree in professional writing from Carnegie Mellon University and her M.S. degree in organizational development from St. Joseph’s University.
