2025 Conference Lunch Ingredients/Allergens


Please Note: Any attendees requiring the Alternate Meal, which is both vegan and gluten-free, should update their meal choice on the registration site. If you are attending as part of a group, please ask the main registrant for your group to update your meal selection.

Individuals, or the main contacts for group registrations, are responsible for entering meal preferences no later than August 29th, 2025.


Quinoa Lentil Bowl with Grilled Chicken

  • Tri-color quinoa (white quinoa, red quinoa, black quinoa, water, salt)
  • Black lentils (water, black beluga lentils, salt {salt, calcium silicate, dextrose, potassium iodide})
  • Roasted sweet potatoes (sweet potato, canola oil {canola oil, tbhq, citric acid, dimethylpolysiloxane}, salt, black pepper)
  • Sauteed curly kale (kale, canola oil {canola oil, tbhq (antioxidants), citric acid (antioxidants), dimethylpolysiloxane (anti-foaming agent)}
  • Lemon juice (lemon juice from concentrate {water, concentrated lemon juice}, sodium bisulfite and sodium benzoate (preservatives) and lemon oil)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper ground
  • Dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar, refined sunflower oil {processing aid})
  • Pickled red cabbage (rice wine vinegar {reduce with water to 4.5% acidity by volume}, red cabbage, sugar)
  • Carrots
  • Grilled chicken
  • Red wine vinaigrette (water, inverted sugar, red wine vinegar, salt, <2% of: dehydrated garlic, dehydrated red bell pepper, spices, sugar, xanthan gum)
