Marissa E. Humphrey

Since January 2023, Marissa Humphrey has served as the Chief Financial Officer for PECO. Humphrey joined the Exelon family of companies in 2007 and advanced through leadership positions at Constellation, BGE, Exelon’s Business Service Company, Exelon Utilities, and Pepco Holdings. Both prior to and following the 2012 merger of Exelon and Constellation, she served as director of Financial Planning and Analysis at BGE. She also previously served as project manager for the Exelon and Pepco Holding merger integration work. Upon closure of that merger in 2016, she was promoted to vice president, Financial Planning and Analysis at Pepco Holdings. Humphrey then served briefly as vice president of Finance at Exelon Utilities, before returning to Pepco Holdings as VP, Regulatory Policy and Strategy. Before joining Exelon, Humphrey spent several years in consulting and healthcare finance. Humphrey serves on the Board of Trustees of Project HOME, an organization focused on ending chronic homelessness and alleviating poverty in Philadelphia. At Exelon/PECO, she serves as Executive Sponsor for PECO’s OLE (Organization of Latinos at Exelon) employee resource group chapter, is a co-founder and Executive Sponsor for Finance’s EmpowHER initiative (a cross-finance initiative focused on networking and targeted development opportunities for women across Exelon), serves on the Latino Leadership Council to advance opportunities for Exelon’s Latinos/Latinas into leadership positions, co-chairs the Finance Talent Development Pillar across Exelon, and is the Executive Sponsor for PECO Women Connected, an initiative focused on identifying personal and organizational actions designed to remove barriers to advancement and progress for all women at PECO, strengthening relationships between white women and women of color across the PECO organization. Humphrey received her master’s in Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology.
