Allyson McMillan-Youngblood

ALLYSON MCMILLAN-YOUNGBLOOD is Senior Vice President, U.S. Oncology at Bristol Myers Squibb. In her current role, Allyson has responsibility for the overall performance of the U.S. Oncology Business Unit at BMS and alignment of the end-to-end business strategy. This includes the design, development and implementation of the marketing and sales strategy for our oncology assets. Allyson is a proven business leader with an impressive track record of re-shaping business challenges and driving results with deep experience in both HCP and patient marketing. Allyson was most recently VP and Brand lead for Sotyktu where she led the launch and full commercial effort in the U.S. with responsibility for HCP and patient channels and the regional marketing team. Prior to that she led the Worldwide deucravacitinib commercial team. Allyson also has broad U.S. commercial experience launching new brands across different industries, including OTC (Procter & Gamble), medical devices (ConvaTec) and pharma (Pfizer & BMS). She has also held leadership roles across several successful launch teams at BMS, including the wound/skin care and diabetes franchises and our Immuno-Oncology franchise, launching more than five indications for Opdivo. Allyson lives in Mercer County, New Jersey with her husband, Dr. Joseph Youngblood, and their two children. She and her husband are extremely active in the area and serve on multiple boards that support the Mercer and Bucks County communities.
