Alexandra Dailerian

ALEXANDRA DAILERIAN serves as Vice President on the Impact & Inclusion team and is accountable for the employee engagement program portfolio, including volunteerism, employee giving, board service and Comcast’s Employee Resource Groups. In addition, she leads Comcast’s employee engagement technology transformation, bringing innovation and new technology solutions to the organization. Prior to this role, Dailerian held several other roles within Comcast, including leading the internal communications technology revamp and the development of ComcastNow, the company intranet, and various corporate and field programs. Before joining Comcast, Dailerian held several program management and leadership roles within the Office of Technology and Innovation of the City of Philadelphia, and she also brings more than five years of global management and strategy consulting experience.  Dailerian has earned her Global MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelors’ degree in International Business from Albright College. She is a twin, a proud Romanian immigrant, and a loving mother and wife.
