Audhil Cotton is a noted chef with over 40 years’ experience in the kitchen. Currently, she is working closely with the “Cathedral Kitchen” in Camden as an educator to improve the lives of those in need. Cotton’s specialties include working with seafood, fish and vegetables and also meal planning and lecturing for individuals with serious illnesses. During her impressive career, Cotton has worked in 7 countries holding various roles such as a chef, banquet manger, food service director, restaurant manager and baker and has even cooked for the Queen of England. She received her culinary education from Norway.
