Toni Pergolin

TONI PERGOLIN is the chief executive officer of Bancroft, a regional human services provider. Pergolin’s focus is the continued growth and diversification of the organization and the services and programs provided for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism and acquired brain injuries. Pergolin was instrumental in introducing services for veterans with acquired and traumatic brain injury through residential and day services and in earning a spot in a Veterans Administration-funded rehabilitation pilot program. Prior to joining Bancroft, Pergolin worked at the University of Pennsylvania Health System for 14 years in various positions, including chief financial officer for Pennsylvania Hospital. She is currently a board member of Our Lady of Lourdes Health Care Services in Camden, Fulton Bank of New Jersey, South Jersey Chamber of Commerce and the Forum of Executive Women. In 2012, she was appointed to the Anti-Bullying Task Force by Governor Chris Christie, and also serves as a member of the Healthcare advisory council of the Free Library of Philadelphia. She has also received numerous awards. Pergolin earned her undergraduate degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and M.S. in health administration from Saint Joseph’s University. @tonipergolin
