Nicole Cohen

NICOLE COHEN is a managing director at Accenture, serving as the Accenture life sciences research and development consulting lead. Over her nearly twenty years of consulting experience, her primary focus has been enabling business transformations for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, supporting their work to bring new therapies to market and change the lives of patients around the world. Cohen has led and executed various projects across the R&D value chain – from discovery through lifecycle management of therapies and vaccines, including within research, pre-clinical, clinical, regulatory, safety/ pharmacovigilance and medical affairs functions. She is the executive sponsor for Accenture’s Life Sciences North America Women’s Community, supporting the growth of women across the organization, and is also the people lead for Accenture’s Life Sciences North America practice. Cohen was named a Luminary by the Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association in 2015, which recognizes individuals who have made a significant impact on the healthcare industry, serve as a role model and actively mentor others, exhibit dedication to the industry and consistently demonstrate exceptional leadership. She currently serves on the corporate executive board at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Cohen graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in biomedical engineering and a theme in theatre and fine arts. @accenture
