Nancy Phelan
Nancy Phelan is currently head, customer engagement center, worldwide commercial operations with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. She is responsible for driving seamless multi-channel management across the enterprise by partnering with priority markets and brands on strategy and enabling execution. She first joined the organization as vice president, customer strategy and operations for the U. S. Phelan has over 20 years of sales, managed care and marketing leadership experience in healthcare. She is a proven leader in pharmaceutical marketing with deep expertise in customer marketing. Phelan received the DTC Perspectives DTC Hall of Fame Award in 2011, and the Pfizer Innovation Excellence Leader award in 2010. She was honored as Working Mother Magazine’s cover mother in 2008, and was named to Pharmaceutical Executive’s “45 under 45: The Change Generation” Emerging Leaders List in 2008.
