MICHELLE WANG GOODRIDGE is President, U.S. Self Care for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health and Chairman and Board Director for the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA).

Her experience and leadership have inspired high-preforming teams to deliver business growth and category leadership.

Michelle started her career at Johnson & Johnson nearly 20 years ago and served in various leadership positions within the Consumer Health and Pharmaceutical sectors.

Michelle holds an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Wharton School of Business. She lives in Philadelphia, PA with her husband and two daughters.
