MEGAN LOWN joined BMS in August 2020 and is currently the Director of Executive Talent Acquisition Pipeline Sourcing Lead. She and her team are focused on developing and executing strategic and innovative talent sourcing strategies across the organization. This includes supporting executive talent pipelining activities for both open positions and succession planning roles to enable robust executive bench strength against talent management outcomes.
Megan is an experienced leader with over 15 years of experience in executive search, succession planning, and talent pipelining. Prior to BMS, she worked for Talent Intelligence for 10 years in roles of increased responsibility culminating in her last role where she served as Vice President, US Client Solutions and member of the global leadership team. In this role, she was responsible for the execution of all client delivery across a wide range of service offerings with a specialization in executive search, succession planning, talent pipelining, and competitive market intelligence projects. She supported US and global client organizations across numerous industries to include pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Talent Intelligence, Megan worked 5 years at MEI Search Inc., where she was responsible for full life-cycle recruitment across all functional areas.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
