Lynley Noviello

Lynley Noviello is the area services director for the enterprise east area at Cisco Systems.  She is a twenty year industry veteran and seventeen year Cisco veteran who has held a variety of sales leadership roles.  She is responsible for leading her team to drive and deliver profitable services growth in both foundational and professional services.  Her team focuses on selling solutions that enable business outcomes to the enterprise east customer base which is comprised of many of the largest Fortune 500 companies.  In addition to her business responsibilities, Noviello is passionate about developing talent, mentoring emerging leaders and creating a culture of inclusion and diversity. Noviello serves as an advisory board member for Inwood House and nPower in the tristate area.  In addition, she is the executive sponsor for the Cisco Connected Women East Chapter.  Noviello holds a B.A. in communications from the University of Southern California. @noviellolynley
