Lori Sussman

Lori L. Sussman is Cisco’s Americas services sales chief of staff and senior director of sales strategy and planning, where she leads Cisco’s growth and integrated business planning for all markets and at all levels across North and South America. Prior to joining Cisco, Sussman was a 24 year veteran of the U.S. Army, rising to the rank of Colonel and holding various leadership positions through brigade command in areas across the U.S., Asia, and Europe. Sussman serves in the Citadel Leadership Mentor program that provides guidance to the South Carolina Military Academy top cadet leaders. She is also highly committed to the American Diabetes Association, for which she has been the team captain for the Cisco Tour de Cure team for the past three years. Sussman earned a B.S. from the United States Military Academy, a M.S. in artificial intelligence and human factors engineering from the George Washington University, a M.A. of Military arts and sciences from the School of Advanced Military Sciences at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and a M.S. in national security studies from the National War College at the U.S. National Defense University.@Cisco
