Kristina Parker is an Audit Partner and the leader of the Mid-Atlantic Asset Management Practice at the Philadelphia office of KPMG LLP. Kristina has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting within the financial services industry. She has extensive expertise in auditing various asset management clients, including registered mutual funds, real estate funds, collective investment trust funds, and private equity funds, and has worked with clients utilizing both in-house and third-party administration models. Kristina serves in several critical roles, including as an SEC Reviewing Partner for registered mutual funds, a Quality Review Partner for private equity and collective investment trust funds, and an Engagement Quality Control Review Partner for SEC Custody Rule Attestation Engagements since 2011. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Kristina is actively involved in various leadership and community roles, including serving as Co-Chair for the Philadelphia Chapter of Women Corporate Directors, President of Villa Maria Academy Board of Trustees, and Adjunct Professor at Villanova University School of Business. She holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania, having been recognized as one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Top 40 Business Leaders under 40 in 2010.
