Kim joined Wawa as an Area Manager in August of 2022, with over 25 years of leadership and retail experience. She is currently Director of Store Operations overseeing operations at 108 Philadelphia and South Jersey Stores, and a Co-Chair on the Young Professionals win group. Kim began her career with CVS Health after graduating from Temple University. Kim spent 26 years with CVS Health and held multiple positions including, Store Manager, District Leader, Regional Director, and several other corporate roles. Kim lives in Bensalem, PA and is a diehard Philadelphia sports fan! She has been married to her husband, Carlos for 24 years and they have two children; a son Carlos who is 22 and a daughter, Izzy who is 17. Her favorite child is her dog, Tito. In her spare time, she enjoys taking Tito on long walks and getting away to any tropical island or the Jersey shore.
