Kay Ford

Kay Ford is senior director of M.B.A. career services at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. She provides graduate students with the support and counseling they need to leverage their career experience and degrees for the next step in their career. She is responsible for installing the services and best practices of private sector outplacement companies at Drexel LeBow, resulting with recognition by a third party survey organization with an outstanding student rating. Ford has been selected annually since 1988 for inclusion in “Who’s Who in American Women” and is a past president of the Forum of Executive Women-Delaware. Ford earned an M.A. in interpersonal communications from the State University New York College at Brockport, and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. @drexellebowmba @lebow
