JENNIFER ROBERTS is the head of Chase Pay and Digital Products at JPMorgan Chase, which has relationships with half of the households in the United States. She drives innovation and collaboration across consumer and community banking within the company, oversees prioritization and delivery of business domains in the digital space, and leads API domain and integration strategy. Since inception, she has led the team that developed, successfully launched and continues to manage Chase Pay. Roberts has 27 years of experience in the credit card industry. Since joining Chase in 1996, she has held many leadership roles of progressive responsibility in Card Services. Until early 2017, she led Chase Ultimate Rewards — the proprietary loyalty program–, as well as strategic alliances for Chase. Previously she was president of the affluent, high net worth business in Card Services. Roberts’ experience in the card industry encompasses a wide range of functions including leadership roles in new account marketing, product development, customer engagement and cobrand partnership management. She earned a BA in business administration with a concentration in marketing and minor in French from Towson State University and an MBA from the University of North Texas.
